TruffleZone is cosponsoring Cooking Classes and Dinners at various fine restaurants throughout the Willamette Valley. TruffleZone also conducts mushroom workshops in the field. Watch this page for information. Events will be starting on January 20, 2007. February events will be added soon.

Join Matt Bennett for an evening of sampling Oregon Truffles. The second annual Oregon Truffle Dinner and cooking demonstration featuring Oregon Black Truffles and Oregon White Truffles features fresh Oregon Truffles and Oregon White Truffle powder and Oregon Black Truffle powder. Spring Mushroom Workshops

TruffleZone will be conducting mushroom field workshops for spring mushrooms in May and June in 2008. These workshops will focus on identification and habitat issues for morels and porcini.

The 2007 field days are still discussed frequently by the participants.

Spring Mushroom Cooking Classes and Dinners

TruffleZone is joining with Mid-Willamette Valley restaurants to offer cooking classes and mushroom dinners in May and June. These classes and dinners will be a great addition to our workshops. We are currently finalizing the details of the classes and dinners. Please watch this page for more information.

Chanterelle Celebration - Fall Mushroom Workshop

Back by popular demand: TruffleZone will offer another fall mushroom workshop in 2008. Here is the information for the 2004 Chanterelle Celebration. It was well attended by fungiphiles from throughout Oregon.
