Fall Mushroom Workshop

Join the TruffleZone crew for a fungi time at the North Falls Lodge in Silver Falls State Park on Sunday, November 7, 2004. We will meet at nine to get acquainted and carpool out of the Park at 9:30. We will meet back at the North Falls Lodge at about 2:00 pm for cooking and sampling the mushrooms. A large kitchen is located on site. Several chefs from different restaurants will be participating in the hunt and will offer their favorite mushroom dishes to sample as well as preparation hints. We will have many different types of mushrooms for sampling. This is an opportunity for the individual customers of TruffleZone to meet with the staff and our wholesale customers (chefs and retailers).

There are a limited number of tickets available. Please go to the newsletter page and order your tickets in the "comments" field.

Admission: $20 per person

Parking: $3 per vehicle or current Oregon State Park Day Use Pass.
