9:30 AM - Chanterelle Foray

Meet at 9:00 and make friends for carpooling.

2:00(ish) PM - Mushroom Cooking and Sampling

Join representatives from various fine kitchens as they prepare their favorite mushroom dish.

What to Bring

Bring weather appropriate clothing; a collecting container; a knife; a sack lunch to get you through the hunt; and an appetite for mushrooms. 

We will provide table service, coffee, juice and treats in the morning and afternoon.

Permits

Each person is allowed by Oregon law to pick one gallon of mushrooms per day for personal use. The managers of the lands where we will be collecting allow recreational picking without a permit.
